I have taken two vehicles to Car Lab, both came back like new. My Tacoma sold for higher than it would have without the work, it was Pristine. My Outback went from fogged headlights and dull paint, to looking like I just drove it off the lot!

Restored my faith in people. There is just something so refreshing about meeting people who care about the tiny details. Sometimes I go through life worrying I’m the only one who sweats the small stuff. These guys are cut from the same cloth. My truck has a history of body work coming from life as a work truck and being in two severe hail storms. Trying to turn it into a pavement princess has been difficult. I knew the truck needed some serious attention as every panel it seemed had been painted at some point. I showed up late to my appointment and immediately launched into explaining the history of the truck to the Detailers. I was trying to feel like someone cared about my concern that there were body panels with areas of thinner clear coat than others due to lazy work in the past. I mean seriously, what normal person shows up an hour late to a detail shop with a 3/4 ton truck asks about “measuring the thickness of the clear coat” and then says I need it back by 5pm. Dillon and Adam greeted me at the door with smiles, listened to everything I said offered to give me a ride home and said “No problem, I understand your concerns we can have it done on time and we’ll measure the paint for you as well to make sure it’s ready for polish and doesn’t need something more extensive”.I WAS SHOCKED. These guys were 1)happy to see me 2)honored the price I found on facebook despite the sheer size of my black 4 door 3/4 ton pickup 3)they sent me personally addressed and edited videos throughout the day highlighting the progress they’ve made. When I picked it up they provided a detailed explanation of everything they founds while working with my vehicle down to the totally non-obvious single loose license plate screw.I can’t wish these guys enough success. They were prepared, professional, enthusiastic about their work and most importantly from the start I trusted them with my vehicle that I am unbearably picky about. They followed up, sent appointment reminders and were available throughout the day for calls and texts. It’s such a relief knowing I won’t have to ever shop for another detailer again. Car Labs is a perfect name as I can tell they treat this process like a science. Truck looks IMMACULATE!

I came in for PPF and 10 Year ceramic coating. Noah was the technician assigned to my vehicle, my 1 of 7 (in the world) Koenigsegg One:1 and I'll always thank him for it. He was clear and concise with his communication and deadline. He did an absolutely amazing job. I've never seen exposed carbon shine like this. This establishment is no joke; me AND my Koeningsegg will definitely be returning for more business. Just look at the way it sits in my driveway. Utterly perfect; all thanks to Noah.
